FOUNDER’S DAY
The IPEM Society & IPEM International School celebrated its Founder’s Day on 6th August 2010 to mark the birth anniversary of its Founder, the Late Dr. S.K.V. Liddle with a Thanksgiving Service held at the All Saints’ Cathedral, Allahabad. The Chief gust for the occasion was The Rt. Rev. Morris Dan, Bishop of Lucknow (CNI).
The Founder’s Day program began at the All Saints’ Cathedral, Allahabad, and was attended by all students from Classes 6 to 10. The service began with the call to worship by Rev. G. Daud. Thereafter, the processional music, Handel’s Largo was played by Mr. Alok on the organ. The procession began from the front of the Cathedral and was led by the Cross-bearer. The procession included the office bearers of the school carrying the school and house flags, the Principal, Rev. G. Daud, Rt. Rev Morris Dan, and the Mace-bearer. On reaching the church sanctuary, Rt. Rev. Morris Dan received the flags from the office bearers and placed them against the sanctuary walls.
